Multiple media outlets were reporting on Tuesday morning that Arizona transfer Sidiki Johnson would be transferring to Providence. With yesterday’s Cox Sports televised 2-0 win over UConn, senior goaltender Genevieve Lacasse earned her 58th career victory. Rams upset Dayton, 86-81

Rhode Island ended its six-game slide and picked up its first win in Atlantic 10 play on Saturday night, topping Dayton 86-81. Billy Baron scored a career-high 25 points and Rhode Island erased a late 3-point deficit to beat Dayton, 86-81, on Saturday night in front of a sellout crowd of 13,147 at the UD Arena and earn its first Atlantic 10 Conference victory of the season.
