Cranston, R.I., April 27, 2012 – WJAR / NBC 10 and Cox Communications join forces to launch Ocean State Networks (OSN) on Cox channel 5 and in HD on Cox channel 1005. Hurley/URI Land 2nd Impact Transfer

New Rhode Island head coach Danny Hurley picked up his fourth commitment and second transfer on Wednesday night. Third baseman Will Middlebrooks, considered the #1 prospect in the Boston Red Sox Organization, continues his torrid hitting in Triple-A Pawtucket. While his PawSox team was looking for their franchise record 10th straight win (didn’t happen – PawSox lost 8-6), Middlebrooks homered for the sixth time in eight games and his ninth of the season.
