    Sox Deal Lars to Indians for Knuckleballer

    The Boston Red Sox traded Lars Anderson  to the Cleveland Indians in exchange for Steven Wright. Wright has been assigned to the Portland Sea Dogs. The 24-year-old Anderson was hitting .259 with 9 home runs and a .774 OPS with Triple-A Pawtucket this season. Anderson hit .265 with 14 home runs for Pawtucket last year, which included a brief late-season call-up to Boston.
