The Central High School boys’ volleyball season is enjoying a successful season in division two. They are a force to be reckon with and their coach believes all of their accolades are attributed to his three captains. Naroth Chao, Jonathan Rodriguez and Alex Sivilai have been playing together for several years now and are the backbone of the Central High School team.

Lacrosse Brings Awareness to Blood Cancer
Mike Vadney, of Toll Gate High School, and Dr. Fred Schweizer, of Warwick Veterans High School, visit Varsity Life to discuss a recent fundraising event. Both schools played a game in honor of the Headstrong foundation which raises money and brings awareness to different types of blood cancer. East Providence Baseball Welcomes a New Face
Nick Karalekas led the state in hits last season for St. Ray’s Academy. This year, he is playing for a new team and has been a spark in the East Providence lineup. Karalekas can hit, steal bases and is a hard worker that his teammates look up to.
