    Rhody led by double digits in the second half to border-state rival UMASS, but down the stretch, youth, lack of depth and poor free throw shooting ended URI’s season 65-61 at Barclays Center in Brooklyn. Xavier Munford led the Rams in his final collegiate game with 24 points on 9-16 shooting. The Sr. guard was 3-6 from three-point land.     In a game televised by Cox Sports, the Rhode Island Rams defeated Fordham 77-65, at the Ryan Center. The victory clinched a spot for URI in the A-10 first-round quadruple header next Thursday at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn. In his final game at The Ryan Center, senior Xavier Munford registered 21 points, seven rebounds, four assists and two blocked shots.
