Chef 2 Go 2013

Season 4 of “Nick Rabar; Chef 2 Go” saw Nick continuing his travels around Rhode Island in search of the finest, freshest and most interesting cuisine. During his travels, Nick experienced Peruvian and Bolivian cuisine at Los Andes, tended to an urban rooftop vegetable garden in the heart of Downtown Providence with “Gracie’s” chef Matt Varga, entered the inner sanctum of the kitchens on wheels of the “Shuckin’ truck and “Acacia Cafe” food trucks, milked a cow at “Wright’s Dairy Farm,” and so much more. Show themes this year included: AAA Four Diamond Restaurants, Pubs Plus, Unique Food Trucks, Freshness, and Multi Cultural Cuisine.  Of course, as always, Nick picked up the spatula at the end of each episode and made his long-ago teachers at the Culinary Institute of America proud once again.
